Make 2018 different.

How many New Year’s resolutions are actually achieved? Rather than make random resolutions, spend an afternoon with like-minded women, setting your intentions for 2018. 
If you could only choose one way to radically improve the quality of your life, what single technique would you focus on? By regularly setting goals, writing out the steps to achieve them, and working toward them every single day, you can transform your life in a very short time. The proven power of goal setting is well known and easy to follow, yet very few people actually make full use of goals in their life. 

When asked about your New Year’s resolution, you will probably have one, but it will be vague, and likely forgotten in a few weeks. When asked if you have goals, you will of course say "YES", but have you truly set goals? Will they become accomplishments? 

Tara Taylor, certified life coach, will teach you the value of goal setting, how to make it a regular practice, and what SMART goals are. You will write out your goal(s) for the year, and create your road map to achieving them.
