Feel the burn- in your lungs and legs with Stadium training! This high intensity training helps increase your lung and leg strength! Coach Tara will lead you through a dynamic warm-up then sprints (or walk) up and down the stadium steps. 25-35 minutes max, because this one is challenging... but you will feel so good when you're done!
