What do I get when I sign up for Mama Bootcamp?
When you join Mama Bootcamp, you will receive:
- 12 weeks of Mama Bootcamp classes plus a personalized exercise program
- Before and after measurements, body fat testing, and photos
- Nutrition counseling
- Life coaching

Do I have to be a "mama" to join Mama Bootcamp?
No! Mama Bootcamp is for women of all ages, shapes, fitness levels, and sizes.
Can men participate in Mama Bootcamp?
Mama Bootcamp offers the same great program for men! Check out the calendar for times and locations for Man Camp.
How much does Mama Bootcamp cost?
The Mama Bootcamp program is $299 for 12 weeks. Gain unlimited access to all Bootcamps on the schedule (including triathlon training) for an additional $25 per month.
Start anytime- bootcamps are ongoing! You will train with a group of like-minded women once a week, but your daily personal training program will be customized just for you. Are you ready to find your mojo?

Yes! Mama Bootcamp offers a triathlon training program from January through the summer each year. See the Triathlon Training Page for details.

No! Mama Bootcamp is here to help you get into the best shape of your life regardless of how fit you are when you begin.
What do I need to bring to Bootcamp?
Please bring a bottle of water and a yoga mat.
What kind of exercises are done during Bootcamp?
Bootcamps are 60-90 minute workouts that include core work, cardiovascular exercises, and full-body strength training.
Do I have to run during Bootcamp?
Not unless you feel ready to run. Walking is a perfect cardiovascular activity for those just getting started on their road to fitness (or for those who have injuries or no interest in becoming a runner).
Will the Bootcamp instructors be screaming at me like drill sergeants?
