Mama Bootcamp Triathlon Training Program

If you can ride a bike, swim a lap, and walk a block you can train for a triathlon!

With the Mama Bootcamp triathlon training program you will fall in love with movement while cross-training to get into the best shape of your life. You will train at your fitness level with like-minded and supportive women. You will also learn about the myths and the facts of triathlon racing and get answers to all of your questions such as, "what kind of bicycle do I need?" 

When you sign up for unlimited Bootcamp, you gain access to:

  • A comprehensive triathlon training program that will help you get race-ready without feeling like training is a full-time job
  • Up to 3 triathlon training times/locations per week where you will train at your fitness level 
  • Answers to common questions about equipment, clothing, fueling, and more
