SUPPLIES NEEDED:

POSTER BOARD
COLORED MARKERS/ COLORED PENCILS
CONSTRUCTION PAPER GLUE, STICKERS, GLITTER
PICTURES FROM MAGAZINES OR WEBSITES THAT MOTIVATE/INSPIRE YOU
PICTURES OF FRIENDS/ FAMILY MEMBERS THAT INSPIRE YOU
WORDS FROM MAGAZINES/ WEBSITES TO INSPIRE YOU
PHOTOS OF YOU WHEN YOU FELT AND LOOKED YOUR BEST

Divide the board into areas you would like to grow, change, or manifest “more.”

Allow yourself to dream BIG. This can be a very fun, creative, empowering dynamic process and hugely impactful.

Some areas to think about: ideal friendships, dream career, comforts of home, harmonic family, fitness goals (first 5K or triathlon), dream vacations, jewelry, write a check to you (how much do you want to make annually?).

This can be emotional, tangible or intangible. For example: What kind of car do you drive? Where do you want to live? How do you want to look? What would you like to do with your friends or family?

Find a quiet space and time to work on your board. Light candles, play music and let inspiration guide you.

Post your finished board somewhere where you can see it daily.
