A monthly contract includes access to all classes, at all locations. Classes include: cross training, bootcamp, express workouts and race training, all with a motivating, enthusiastic group of women. Locations in Sacramento, Folsom, Roseville, Auburn, Antelope, Loomis and Rocklin. Contracts are month to month and can be cancelled with a 30-day notice at any time. The membership includes personal coach training, nutritional coaching and meal planning. Your personal coach will take body measurements and do body fat testing.


twelve week membership :  $375

This is our regular FULL membership. A key part of our program is the consistent support and mentoring from your personal coach. Your personal coach will take body measurements and do body fat testing at six week intervals. We recommend taking advantage of this, as it is a terrific motivator to see how fast the inches melt away! The 12-week membership includes access to all classes, at all locations. Classes include: cross training, bootcamp, express workouts and race training, all with a motivating, enthusiastic group of women. Locations in Sacramento, Folsom, Roseville, Auburn, Antelope, Loomis and Rocklin.

This option is for women who can't commit to the full membership at the moment. With this card, you have access to any Bootcamp classes. It does not include one on one coaching or body fat testing/measurements.

and the fine print

There are no refunds. If at any point you need to take a leave of absence, we can hold your current membership for up to two (2) months, at our discretion. We need a minimum of 7 days' advance notice to place a membership on hold. Cancellation requires a 30-day written notice. 

Contacting your coach for a "no show" is extremely important for accountability, and to keep you moving forward toward your goals.

After about 6 months of coming to Mama Bootcamp, I tore my meniscus hiking; ugh, such a set back. Lorri Ann helped me with modifications, I scaled back, and eventually had to have surgery on my knee. That took me out of MBC for about 6 months. When I came back I set a goal of running a 5K, and ran my first 5K with in October, 2016. Since then I’ve run several other 5K and 10K races, and ran Shamrock, my second 1/2 marathon, this March. The strength training I do with MBC has really made a positive impact on my running.
